7. The excavation of the settlement pond will involve about 300 cubic yards of material from <br />the pit floor. Will that excavated material be retained nearby onsite to facilitate backfilling <br />during reclamation, or be removed from the site? <br />Your responses to the items listed above are important for this office to reach a decision on the <br />technical revision, and to determine whether the $1,500 bond will still be adequate. Please note <br />that this office is required to review the bond amount during the technical revision process. <br />The decision date is currently set for June 13, 2002. If no response is received from you by that <br />date, the request for technical revision may be denied.
