Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource trustee <br />This office has reviewed the technical revision submitted for the mining permit named <br />above, addressing a change to the approved seed mix that is part of the reclamation plan. <br />The seed mix appears appropriate to the site and meets the reclamation standards <br />contained in Hard Rock/Metals Rule 3. It also appears to conform to the seed mix <br />requirements from Bureau of Land Management. <br />This office has approved the technical revision. The revised seed mix is now part of the <br />reclamation plan for this permit, and supersedes other previous seed mixes.
