The conditions of the Division approval are noted below. Please note that all other provisions of Permit No. M- <br />2004-044 remain in full force and effect. <br />Stipulation No. 6 <br />Description <br />Within ti0 days of conducting mining or any other preliminary activities outside of cottonwood tree removal or haul road <br />construction, the operator will notify the Division and provide additional financial warranty in the amount of <br />$1,043,103.00. <br />The financial warranty for this site is $1,054,203.00. Per approval of this technical revision the fmancial warranty has <br />been reduced by $1,043,203.00 to $11,000.00 to facilitate permit issuance and initiate preliminary mining activities.
