Approximately fifteen items were cited as documented on the schedule to the
NOV. EFCI had abated a significant number of these items by the date of the previous extension leiter
submitted'on'May J1,~1993.
EFCI is proceeding with its contractor to correct the few remaining abatement items including the
sumps and ditch at the loadout, clean-out of the 8 ft. culvert, and repair of the lower section of the
permanent diversion. Availability of contractor time continues to cause slow progress of the remedial work.
Based on anticipated contractor availibility and remaining work, EFCI requests an extension of abatement to
June 15, 1993 for Notice of Violation No. C-93-49.
Please contact me if you have any questions or require ?dditional information. ~,
Si :, crely,
Allen S.
