The
initial application will be made under the directipn of a
technical representative of the peroxide supplier who has
performed a number of similar cyanide detoxification services
previously. The technical representative will provide training
to San Luis personnel and will monitor peroxide application and
analyze results in his portable laboratory. Adequate samples
will be taken and analyzed on the spot utilizing the Picric
Acid method to aid in determining how many samples and sampling
locations will be required to adequately characterize the pond
contents. Verification samples (splits) will be taken and
submitted to an outside laboratory for analysis.
5670 GREENWOOD PLAZA BLVD.
