WFC needs to construct this syatam promptly due to a <br />labor dispute, Aa a result of this dispute our contract Crucker mill not <br />haul coal f rom the temporary pile to the raw coal storage arse.. WFC must <br />transport this coal for mashing to meet Crain shipments early next weak. <br />The location of this System Sa shown on the attached Figure 1. <br />The conveyor will extend approximately 240 feet (north-south) across the <br />existing dam and turn 90 degrees and run approximately 680 fees east to the <br />raw cosl storage area. The portion of the conveyor extending over the <br />river will be enclosed in a 9 foot corrugated metal pipe. WFC will modify <br />ditch 8-1 ae shown on the Figure 1 to accomodata this construction and <br />runoff lrom loading activities.
