<br />Letter to Gary Dodson, BMRI <br />Adequacy Comments for TR-009 <br />page 2 <br />report within 30 days after verbal approval for the installation of the <br />monitoring wells is received from the Division of Water Resources. As of <br />today, July 8th, the Division of Water Resources informed me that it has yet <br />to receive BMRI's verbal Notice of Intent to install the additional wells. <br />During our telephone conversation this afternoon you informed me of your <br />intention to commence drilling in the near future. I would appreciate your <br />providing me with your projected schedule for implementation of TR-008. If <br />you have not commenced drilling by July 15, 1992, I will request an <br />explanation for the delay. <br />Upon the completion of the data collection and evaluative report, to the <br />Division's satisfaction, it will be appropriate for BMRI to proceed with the <br />development of the containment plan envisioned in this technical revision <br />application. It is my preliminary opinion that this plan should be completed <br />within thirty (30) days after the Division's approval of the TR-008 evaluative <br />report. <br />As of June 23rd, in response to my request, ,; rid re' Douchane had requ@sted an <br />extension of the TR-009 review deadline to July 16, 1992. I conclud@ it will <br />not be possible to complete review of TR-009 by July lb, 1992.
