In audition, if it is determined that a pattern of <br />violations exists ang that the violations were caused by unwarranted failure to <br />comply, or were willful, your permit may be suspended or revoked. <br />SCHEDULE TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION <br />Notice of Violation No. NOV C-84-110 <br />NATURE OF VIOLATION: <br />The permittee has failed to meet the requirements of stipulations 7 and <br />8 to the permit No. C-048-81 which requires the permittee to submit plans for <br />vegetation sampling. perform the sampling, and submit the results for <br />review and approval. <br />ACT, REGULATION, OR PERIdIT PROVISION{S) VIOLATED: <br />ACT SECTION(S) 34-33-110(8). 34-33-123(2) <br />kEGULATION SECTION{S) 2.07.10(41. 5.03.2(2)(a) <br />PERhIIT SECTION(S) Stipulations 7 and 8 to permit C-048-81 <br />PORTION OF THE OPERATION TO WHICH THIS NOTICE APPLIES: <br />Entire permit area. <br />STEPS NECESSARY TO ABATE VIOLATION (REhIEOIAL ACTION): <br />1. TVie permittee will submit to the Division for approval and initiation <br />a plan for the sampling of vegetative communities within the pemit area, <br />and establishment of reference areas within the permit area. This plan <br />shall explicitly discuss sampling methodologies for the collection and <br />analysis of cover, production, woody plant density, and species diversity <br />(See attached page) <br />
