FLOWLINES AND PIP1rLIIVES. <br />a. [CMRMC and ICMG shall have the right to lay flowlines and pipelines, which to the <br />extent possible will be located under access roads to the Oil and Gas Operations <br />Ames. All pipelines shall be located at a surface depth of approximately 48 incites <br />from the Enal graded elevation. Flowlinea, which are de$ned as those lines which <br />carry water or hydrocarbons firm the wellhead to a production unit (such as a <br />separator), shall be buried to a surface depth of at leant 48 inches. The eonsaveden <br />end burying of flowlines and pipelines sha11 be at the sole east and expense of <br />[CMRMC or its gas purcheset. <br />b, Surface Owner will not allow any exttaedoa m occur, commencing at the suti'doe <br />of the original ground, closet than 35 feet from any flowliae or pipeline. <br />Surface Otvner shall rot allow nay stockpile of soil exceeding 5 feet In depth to be <br />placed over any flowline or pipeline. <br />d. When crossing pipelines or flowines wide heavy equipment, like earth moving <br />equipment, Surface Owner will maintain n minimum of four foot and a maximum <br />of 6 foot of dirt coverage, in addition to the existing cover over the pipeline. When <br />crossing pipelines or flowlines with crooks and lighter equipment Sutt$Ce Owner <br />will maintain a minimum of two foot and a taaximutn of 6 foot of dirt coverage, to <br />the existing cove over the pipeline or flowline. <br />o. The depth of cover over the pipelines or flowlinea shall not bo reduced or dmiaege <br />altered without ICMG's wettea approval. <br />E Any utility crossing must be a minimum of 18" inches beneath pipelines or <br />flowliaes. <br />g.
