RECEIVED <br />EXHIBIT B MAY 2 5 2004 <br />SrbE Deati'rptaDta Division of Minerals and Geology <br />This site has been in operation ,since 1988 and is located on open range on a break in the flat area <br />just above Hesse Creek Valley. There are no lakes, streams or rivers in the area that the operation <br />would drain imo, nor will any wawa be used of contacted during the operation. Vegetation in the <br />arm is sparse at best and is a combination of Buffalo and Gamma grass with sow Blue Sage, <br />yucca and rabbit brush. Thee are tto man made structures within 200 feet of this operation and <br />Smith Cable Ranch owe all land in the area. <br />The original permit was for only 4 acres and as such mining at the pceaent time is reaching the <br />Data boundary on the east and south side oFthe pit causing mining to go deer to extract the <br />material which if co~inued will make reclamation difficult. <br />EXHIBTT C <br />The operation will continue to remove sand and gravel fa use in road mai~eoance and repair <br />within Lincoln Coumy mining in the will be t3oRh to a Northwestern direction. Topsoil will be <br />salvaged and stoked piled slang with any over hordes, ahbwcglo overbordea appears to very light <br />and has not bees contact in large amounts during the present operation. Topsoil runs at a shallow <br />depth of ti to 8 i~hes a~ has bcea stockpiled and will co~inue to be stockpiled far use in the <br />Baal reclamation. Water will not be used err oo~ad during the operation and m chemicals will be <br />used.
