Culvert C-35 has been
deleted from the NOV. The inspection of August 12, 1994 found that culvert C-35 was two-
thirds full of sediment and, therefore, was considered out of compliance. In Basin Resources'
letter of September 7, 1994, it was stated that culvert C-35 was oversized and that it could have
passed the design flow.
Calculations show that the partially filled culvert could have handled .63 CFS. The design flow
for culvert C-35 is .28 CFS. Therefore, Basin Resources' assertion that C-35 could have passed
the design flow even though it was two-thirds full of sediment is correct.
The modification form for NOV C-94-019 is enclosed.
