EXHIBIT C -MINING PLAN
Per Rule 6 requirements, the proposed Mount Royale Adit operations will
substantively conform to the following described mining plan.
(1) MINING PLAN
Mount Royale Ventures, LLC proposes to conduct underground
exploration, development, and mining via the Mount Royale No. 1 (and
No. 2) Adits under MLRD Permit No. M-83-141. Mined ore would be
trucked to the nearby Gold Hill Mill (MLRD Permit No. M-94-117) where a
precious metals concentrate would be produced by gravity separation and
selective flotation methods. The accompanying map [Exhibit E-2(A) -
Mine Plan] illustrates pertinent features associated with the mining
operation.
(a) Period of Mining
Mount Royale Ventures, LLC proposes to commence production
operations upon receipt of applicable permits and authorizations. It is
anticipated that this can be accomplished by approximately mid-2005.
Based on current ore reserve estimates and the initially projected nominal
mining rate of 50 tons per day, it is anticipated that the Cash and Who Do
Mine Project life should span a period of 5 to 20 years. Ultimate project
life will be dependent on precious metal prices as well as the results of
continued exploration and ore reserve quantification.
Potentially economic mineral resources are known to occur in numerous
other vein structures underlying or outcropping on nearby mining claims
controlled by the company or its principals. In all likelihood, these veins
can be mined (accessed) from the existing underground workings via
connections currently under development or to be developed in the future.
Accordingly, such activity would not result in significant incremental
surface disturbance and as such would be accommodated within the
subject permit area modification(s).
At the present time, several older waste rock piles containing marginal or
low-grade ore are present ai various locations of vicinity properties
controlled by the company, including some of the formerly relocated Cash
Mine stockpile material which is now located on the Gold Hill Mill permit
area. While these materials may not be economic to process under
current precious metal or processing price structures, it is possible that
future market conditions may improve the economic viability of doing so.
If so, Mount Royale Ventures, LLC may elect to process such materials.
Exhibit C -Mining Plan
