This summer, two new irrigation storage ponds have
been created. All of this has occurred on the Platte River Ranch.
I have two important questions and concems. Do you require a formal permuting
process to ensure our aquffer is not exposed or at risk? I would think an augmentation plan
needs to be available for evaporative loss for any exposed ground water. Have these
perm Panted aeugmentation plans been filed and approved?
espond to my concerns and thank you for your attention~t this letter.
Sincerely,
Michael J.
