Re: Dotsero Quarry, Permit No. M-1957-074, Succession of Operators Approval, Revision No. 50.2
Deaz Mr. Mayne:
On April 11, 2003, the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the succession of operators from
Robert V. Mayne to Mayne Industries, Inc for the Dotsero Quany, Permit No. M-1987-074. Mayne
Industries, Inc is now the pernritted operator of the Dotsero Quarry, and as such, is responsible for all provisions
in Permit No. M-1987-074, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations.
Enclosed is First Bank of Eagle County better of Credit No. 146, in the amourn of $15,000.00, and Alpine Bank
of Gypsum Certificate of Deposit No. 5419, in the amoum of $15,000.00, which you originally provided. These
have been released as of the April 1 I, 2003 Division approval for the succession of operators. You should advise
First Bank of Eagle County and the Alpine Bank of Gypsum of this release by copy of this letter.
