Specifically,
Raiser completed the Water Quality Monitoring on May 20, 1987
and the NPDES Monitoring Reports were mailed to the appropriate
parties on May 19, 1967.
The subsidence monitoring reports for the third quarter 1986
were not in the records since Raiser felt that it was not needed
due to the approval of our Technical Revision No. 3, which
allowed Raiser to terminate any future subsidence monitoring.
Per our conversation, Raiser will complete one more survey for
the subsidence monitoring at the six appropriate monuments.
In order to complete this survey, Kaiser is requesting an
tension in the abatement deadline fpm June 1, to June 30~
~•
With the completion of the final subsidence monitoring survey by
June 30, 1987 Raiser will have completed all of the items which
were to be abated in NOV #87-012.
Please let me know if our request to extend the abatement
deadline until June 30, 1987 is acceptable to the Division.
S`'~e r / ~-Y-r
1~~ ~~ ~54;w'
Daniel R.
