It is CYCC's opinion that sampling requirements have been met <br />for these points. The sampling frequency discrepancy will be rectified in the <br />upcoming technical revision for modifying the hydrologic monitoring plan. <br />Another point that requires classification, involves the flow data from sites <br />18 and 60 at Mine 3. The flow data is obtained from upstream U.S.G.S. sites <br />09243700 and 09243900, and this data was not available at this time.
