DMG's considered opinicq that:cost effective reclamation measures applied at the <br />Mascot Placer will result in a viable stand o£vegetation: 'The,terms of§34;32.5.116(4}{q}(III), C.R.S. <br />also apply, wherein it is, stated that planting ie not required on sand add. gravel if the nature of the <br />surface:would "seriously inhibit plant growth and such condition cannot feasibly be remedied try <br />chemical treatment; fertilization, replacement of overburden; or Uke measures."
