In <br />response to Mountain Coal Company's prior request to vacate these NOVs, you <br />vacated NOV C-93-113. <br />Mountain Coal Company has continued to investigate the facts underlying these <br />NOVs, and has discovered new information concerning NOV C-93-112 (Surface Owner <br />Notification. In light of this new information, Mountain Coal Company believes that <br />NOV C-93-112 should be vacated. <br />Mountain Coal Company therefore renews its request to vacate NOV C-93-112. In <br />support of this request, Mountain Coal Company supplements its request of <br />September 7, 1993 with the following information: <br />1. A letter from the United States Forest Service confirming that it received <br />adequate notice from Mountain Coal Company of mining and potential <br />subsidence. <br />2.
