State of Colorado Department of Natural Resources has dete-mined, pursuant to
C. P,. S. 34-33-123(7), that a pattern of violations exists as to the
requirements of the captioned permit, or as to the requirements of Article 33
of Title 34, Colorado Revised Statutes, at the captioned mine.
Furthermore, the Division has found that:
