The proposed <br />mining site is app, 6 miles south of <br />Victor, along the Phantom Canyon <br />Road, Teller County Road 86. The <br />current land use is wildlife <br />habitaVrecreation. The land use <br />after mining will return to wildlife <br />habitaVrecreation. Mining will com- <br />mence in year 2003 and will contin- <br />ue for approximately 25 years.
