This notice constitutes a separate notice of violation for <br />each t'iolation listed. <br />You must abate each of these violations within the designated abatement tune. <br />Where the remedial action requires submission of plans, the plan; are t.o be <br />submitted to the Division within the designated time. You are res;,;nsiole for <br />doing a~i work it a safe manner in complia~.:e with all apolit:.bra laws and <br />regulations.
