ITEM7~1 THE DRIVEWAY IS AN EASEMENT OF RECORD ON OUR DEED. AS THEY <br />WILL BE MOVING ACROSS OUR EASEMENT AT A RIGHT ANGLE W[LL WE BE ABLE TO <br />DART ACROSS BETWEEN TRUCK LOADS WITHOUT BEING RUN OVER,. WE HAVE LOTS OF <br />LOCAL FAMILY AND FRIENDS WITH MANY CHILDREN TO WORRY ABOUT.. WILL THE <br />DRIVE S(~"~Q)Y ACCESSABLE TO US YEAR ROUNb AS THEY PLAN AN 18 INCH GRADE <br />UP..ITEM~F3 IRRIGATION DITCHES THEY ARE ALL OPEN FLOOD TYPE DITCHES. ONE ON <br />THE EAST ONE ON THE SOUTH AND ONE ON THE WEST ALL THESE WILL BE IMPACTED. BY <br />THIS INUNDATED FLOW OF SEMIS. ALSO THE WELL IS LOCATED ON THE SOUTH EAST <br />CORNER OF THE SCHIBLI AROPERTY.. ALL OF THE IRRIGATION CHES RUN FROM THIS <br />LOCATION. AROUND THE SCHIBLI PROPERTY TO OURS.. ITEM # ~ E HAVE LIVESTOCK <br />THAT NOW ARE IN MATING AND BETWEEN FEBRUARY AND APRIL OUR LAMBS WILL BE <br />BORN. THEN LATE SUMMER OUR COWS WILL BELIV ERING AND THIS TRUCK TRAFFIC <br />MAY BE TOO MUCH FOR THEM TO TAKE....ITEM ~ UR SEPTIC SYSTEM IS LOCATED ON <br />THE EAST SIDE OF OUR HOUSE NEXT TO THE PROPERTY L[NE AND RUNS NORTH TO <br />SOUTH FOR 150 FEET..THIS [S A LEACH FIELD THAT IS ONLY 5L`C FEET DEEP AND OUR S[TE <br />15 ABOUT BFEET ABOVE GRADE TO THE PROPOSED ROAD THIS WILL INVARIABLY AFFECT <br />ALL OF THESE THINGS THAT I HAVE DISCUSSE(,D~~ JTO A GREAT DEGREE NOT INCLUDING <br />OUR QUALITY OF LIFE THAT WE NOW ENJOY.. "I HERE ARE NOW TWO HOUSES IN THE <br />WAY OF THE ROAD , WHAT W ILL BECOM((E..~~OF THESE AND ALL OF THE ASBESTOS THAT <br />THEY CONTAIN?
