:. ~~ <br />Statement of Work 342 - 1 <br />STATEMENT OF WORK <br />CRITICAL AREA PLANTING <br />CODE (342) <br />These deliverables apply to this individual practice. For other planned practice deliverables, refer <br />to those specific Statements of Work. <br />DESIGN (PLANNING REQUIREMENTS) <br />Deliverables <br />1. Complete documentation to support Colorado NRCS criteria and compatibility with other planned and <br />applied practices. <br />a. Document the practice purpose(s) as identified in the conservation plan. <br />b. List the required permits to be obtained by the client, as applicable. <br />c. List all required and/or facilitating practices to be planned and applied. <br />d. Document criteria-related computations and analyses to develop plans and specifications <br />including but not limited to: <br />i. Planting dates; <br />ii. Site and seedbed preparation; <br />iii. Soil amendments required; <br />iv. Species selection, seeding or planting rates and establishment method, and; <br />v. Type and amount of mulch required. <br />2. Provide written plans and specifications to the client including sketches and drawings that describe <br />the requirements to install the practice and obtain any necessary permits. Develop plans and <br />specifications in accordance with the Colorado Critical Area Planting, 342 Conservation Practice <br />Standard. <br />3. Delineate critical area(s) to be seeded/planted on the Conservation Plan Map. <br />4. Complete Form CO-ESC-5, Grass Seeding Planned and Applied for each field or treatment unit. <br />5. Provide a written operation and maintenance plan. <br />6. Complete Job Sheet CO 612, Tree/Shrub Establishment, as applicable. <br />7. Complete Cultural Resources Site Review and Documentation Form (CO-SSC-1), and New Site <br />Report Form (CO-SSC-2), as applicable. <br />8. Plan and implement Nutrient Management, 590 and or Pest Management, 595 as applicable. <br />9. Provide written certification that the design meets practice standard criteria and complies with <br />applicable laws and regulations. <br />10.
