COOLEY RESERVOIR AND FULTON WILDLIFE AREA PIT EXHIBIT L -RECLAMATION COSTS This is a revision for the reclamation costs included in the August 11, 1999 submittal. The technical revision of adding an interior dike cost estimate is $266,682. Since $182,189 ofthe-reclamation work has already been completed and the 'proposed interior dike is scheduled to begin construction within the next 30 days, Aggregate Industries proposes that the original bonding amount is adequate. Most of the construction would be completed in such a short period of time that a new bond would -not serve a useful purpose to protect the State. We would propose that if the construction is not substantially complete and in compliance with the plans and specifications within one year, that at that time the bonding would be reviewed and possibly modified.
