Cattany <br />Acting Division Director <br />Please be advised that on January 21, 2003, Rudolph Fontanari, whose address and telephone number aze 3316 E. <br />3/4 Rd. - Rt. 1, Clifton, CO 81520; (970) 434-7948, filed an application to convert M-1996-076, Western Slope <br />Flagstone Quarry No. 2, a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regulaz Construction <br />Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is located at or neaz Section 35, Township lOS, Range <br />98W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Mesa County. The application decision is scheduled for Apri121, 2003. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Mesa County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of <br />[he Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />ff you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
