Amendment becomes effective, Tenant will pay to Landlord additional rent of $3,000.00 due on the <br />first day of each month, after which, Pazagraph 7 shall apply. All such stockpiles, debris, and <br />equipment must be moved to the azea depicted in Ezhibit D by December 31, 2007 and must be <br />removed from the Premises before December 31 of the final year of the term of the Asphalt Plant <br />Lease. <br />11.2. Remove all stockpiles of concrete recycled product from the Concrete Plant <br />Lease Premises before August 1 of the final year of the term ofthe Concrete Plant Lease. Ifany suck <br />stockpiles remain on the Concrete Plant Lease Premises on August 1 of the final year of the term of <br />the Concrete Plant Lease, then from and after that date Tenant will pay to Landlord $2,500.00 per <br />week unril all such stockpiles have been removed. <br />11.3. Remove all stockpiles of asphalt recycled product from the Asphalt Plant <br />Lease Premises before August 1 of the final yeaz of the term of the Asphalt Plant Lease. If any such <br />stockpiles remain on the Asphalt Plant Lease Premises on August 1 of the final year of the temt of <br />the Asphalt Plant Lease, then from and after that date Tenant will pay to Landlord $2,500.00 per <br />week until all such stockpiles have been removed, <br />12. Notice. Section 18 of the Mining.
