Cattany <br />J Acting Division Director <br />J <br />Re: Spring Creek Pit, Permit No. M-1994-097, Succession Approval, Revision No. SO-2 <br />Dear Mr. Johnson: <br />On April 29, 2002, the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the succession of operators from Delta Sand <br />& Gravel Company to Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies of Mesa County for this operation. <br />Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies of Mesa County is now the permitted operator of the Spring <br />Creek Pit, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in Permit No. M-1994-097, as well as those specified in <br />the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed is the Performance Warranty you originally provided.
