Box 4440, Durango, CO 81302, (970) 247-1303, has filed an application for a <br /> Technical Revision to a previously approved Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation <br /> Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the <br /> Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The permitted <br /> mine is known as the Dalton Pit, and is located at or near Section 15, Township 36 North, Range <br /> 9 West,New Mexico Prime Meridian. <br /> The proposed date of commencement is July 14, 1999 and the proposed date of completion is <br /> renewable. The Technical Revision proposes to revise the post-mining land use for the processing <br /> and stockpiling area, to conform with zoning conditions of the La Plata County Permit System, as <br /> approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
