In your letter, you suggest that the <br />Board order contain certain "key elements" so that the regulatory aspect of this matter can be <br />resolved. You propose a meeting on Friday, June 1, 2007 to discuss these key elements. <br />I do not intend to attend the meeting, but I do intend to provide draft copies of the <br />three Board orders for the review of each party. You will be given a certain amount of time <br />to comment. I will consider your comments to the drafts and revise those orders using my <br />discretion. Please remember that the Board orders will address matters discussed during the <br />Boazd hearing only. Once I have received comments and the Board orders are finalized, I <br />will send them to the Board chair for signature.
