" '' <br />NOTICE <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division has issued a proposed decision <br />approving a minor revision under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal <br />Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The purpose of this minor revision, which was <br />submitted by Snowmass Coal Company, P. O. Box 980, Carbondale, Colorado 81623, <br />is to construct a visual barrier from excess spoil material. <br />The area which will be subject to this revision is the North Thompson Creek <br />Mine's loadout facility. The loadout facility is located in Garfield County <br />approximately 2 miles northwest of Carbondale, Colorado. The following is the <br />legal description of the loadout facility permit area: <br />T75, R88W, 6th P.M. <br />Section 20: Lots 10, 11, 12, 16 and <br />Section 29: Lots 2, 3, 9, 6, 7 <br />Copies of the proposed decision can be obtained from the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division, 423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203, (303) 839-3567. Any person who has an interest which is or may <br />be adversely affected may request a formal hearing on the decision by the <br />Division. These requests must be made within 20 days of this publication, <br />shall be in writing, and state with reasonable specificity the reasons for the <br />request and objections to the proposed decision. <br />
