Item #2, in the Cease and <br />Desist order is being complied within the timely manner as required per this letter. <br />Further, Cooley Gravel Company is diligently working toward the other conditions required <br />per your letter and will meet these conditions by August 21, 1993. <br />In closing, I apologize for this problem.
