At the outset, we would note that BMR i tends to
cooperate fully with your office in the develop ent and
implementation of a reasonable and effective thi d party
monitoring program for the facility and appreci tes the
considerable thought and analysis which you have nevo ed tc the
issue to date.
Selection of Independent Contractors
BMR has submitted an updated SOQ for Water, Waste nd Land,
Inc. in a separate letter dated July 17, 1992. A revi w of our
files to date indicates that we have not rece ved any
information regarding Analytical Technologies, Inc. W believe
that information pertinent to the experience of a pr spective
analytical laboratory in dealing with cyanide analyses at
mining operations is a crucial issue and would req est that
such information be obtained and distributed to BMR prior to
your completion of the selection process.
5670 GREENWOOD PLAZA BLVD.
