ANNUAL REPORT
Fasse Pit : Permit #M-95-009
This gravel pit has been expanded since the last
annual report period. The pit area was enlarged from the
original 20 acres to 36 acres . This permit enlargement
was accomplished through an amendment to the original
permit .
During this report period, approximately 50, 000 tons
of material was processed from this site. This processed
material was excavated within an area that was previously
disturbed, thus, no new area was disturbed during this report
period .
No reclamation occurred at this location during this
report period.
During the upcoming year, plans are to process about
50, 000 tons of material . The material to be processed will
be excavated from previously disturbed areas within the permit
boundaries . No additional areas are forecast to be disturbed
in the upcoming year.
No reclamation is planned at te the upcoming
year .
Enclosed drawing A-1 illustrates the new boundaries of
the amended permit area and the original permit boundaries.
Enclosed drawing A-2 shows the areas of disturbance
within the permit boundaries .
The Fasse Pit has a reclamation bond (bond #0350-06-
140635) for the amount of $99, 574 . 00.
