Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On January 24, 2005 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision <br />application submitted to the Division on January 7, 2005, addressing the following: <br />Change in reclamation plan from two (2) to one (1) clay lined water storage reservoir; reclaim <br />the west pit to rangeland rather than a clay lined reservoir. Reclamation of the east pit to a clay <br />lined water storage reservoir will remain the same. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into <br />File No. M-2004-022. (It is our understanding that the financial and performance warranties <br />required for permit issuance have not yet been received). All other conditions and requirements <br />of File No. M-2004-022 remain in full force and effect. The amount of financial warranty <br />required as a result of this revision is $466,700. Therefore, the amount of financial warranty <br />required for permit issuance will be $466,700 rather than $477,200 as previously requested in the <br />Division's July 14, 2004 approval letter.
