Pursuant to Rules 5.03.5(3)(a) and 5.03.5(3)(6) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, you are hereby notified that your Request for
Formal Review and Evidentiary Hearing for the above mentioned notices has been considered.
Per your request at the Mined Land Reclamation Board meeting held September 22, 1993, review
of Notice of Violation C-93-024 will be continued to the October Mined Land Reclamation Board
meeting.
Audio recording and written transcripts of the September Board meeting will be provided, as soon
as they are available, to the three Board members not present at that meeting. We will also
provide P&M with a copy of the tape and transcript. A decision on Notices of Violation C-93-023
and C-93-026 may be reached prior to the October Board meeting. Should decisions on those
notices not be reached by the remaining three Board members, we will present those items again
during the October meeting as well. The meeting will be held October 20 and 21, 1993, at 1313
Sherman Street, Room 318, in Denver, Colorado, beginning at 8:30 a.m.
