The .Mined Land Reclamation Division ("the Division") of the Department of
Natural Resources assessed a civil penalty against the above-named operator
pursuant to the provisions of C.R.S. 1913, 34-33-123. In accordance with
applicaole provisions of such section, and particularly Sec. 34-33-123(8)(d)
thereof,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the amount of civil penalty assessed against
said operator is hereby fixed at the sum of $ 950 00 which amount
must oe paid to the Division not later than 3 days arter the receipt by the
operator of a copy of this order and a copy of a notice to the operator of the
entry of this order.
