s • <br /> Parties will be permitted to testify and time for each will <br /> be allowed as more fully set forth in Section V. The time limits <br /> established by this Order will be strictly observed. Parties may <br /> call witnesses endorsed in the Pre-Hearing Statements submitted <br /> to the Board. If a party seeks to offer the testimony of a <br /> witness who has not been endorsed in a Pre-Hearing Statement, <br /> that witness will testify at the discretion of the Board only. <br /> Amended exhibit lists, if ,any, must be filed with the <br /> Division and mailed to all parties, as set forth in the May 21, <br /> 1997 Pre-Hearing Order, by June 13, 1997. <br /> Copies of all exhibits to be presented at the public hearing <br /> shall be submitted by June 13, 1997. Each party shall submit one <br /> complete packet of exhibits to the Division, where they will be <br /> available for inspection and copying at 1313 Sherman Street, Room <br /> 215, Denver, Colorado (303-866-3567) , and another complete packet <br /> of exhibits to the Office of the Boulder County Attorney, where <br /> they will be available for inspection and copying in the Boulder <br /> County Courthouse, 1325 Pearl Street, Fifth Floor Conference Room <br /> (303-441-3435) . In addition, each party shall bring to the <br /> hearing ten copies of the exhibits to be submitted at the <br /> hearing. <br /> Copies of the slides to be presented by Michael Hart at the <br /> hearing are not required, but an accurate description of each one <br /> must be included in Western Mobile' s list of exhibits. <br /> V. PROCEDURE <br /> The hearing shall proceed and matters shall be presented as <br /> follows . Time limits set forth in this Order are maximum limits <br /> and shall be strictly enforced. At the discretion of the Board, <br /> these time limits may be altered, if appropriate. <br /> I . Preliminary Matters <br /> A. The Pre-Hearing Conference Officer will present <br /> this Order to the Board for amendment and/or adoption. At this <br /> time, the Board will also resolve any objections to the content <br /> of this Order. <br /> B. The Board will consider the City of Boulder' s <br /> request for postponement of this hearing, as set forth in its <br /> Pre-Hearing Statement and as related to Issues No. 1 and 2, <br /> above. <br /> 1 . The City of Boulder and the County of Boulder <br /> shall together have 30 minutes in which to present their position <br /> on postponement and on the Board's jurisdiction at this hearing <br /> over proposed changes to the berm. <br /> 3 <br />
