and Tract 53, Sections 2 and 3, all in Township 5 South, Range 85
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, according to the Independent
Resurvey of said Township and Range approved by the U.S. Surveyor
General in Denver, Colorado on June 20, 1922; which lies Northerly
of and adjacent to the Northerly line of the Denver and Rio Grande
Western Railroad Right-of-Way; Westerly of the Westerly line of the
access road to the Brush Creek and Eagle River Ranch property; and
Easterly of the West boundary line of said Tract 53, in the Lounty
of Eagle, being more particularly described as follows, to wit:
