- 4 - 15. Description of Amendment or Conversion: If you aze amending or converting an existing operation, provide a brief narrative describing the proposed change(s). Add mining of 3.28 acres water surface lake in terrace adjacent to Animas River. Mining of lake to occur only in spring of 2002.
