Release Request Documentation <br />Daniels Sand <br />Permit M-1973-007SG <br />Continental Materials would like to request the release of approximately 94 acres of the <br />Daniels Sand facility. This request release is a result of an inspection performed by the <br />Division on 5/9/2006. The area that would be released is zoned heavy industrial and <br />contains a batch plant, maintenance facilities, and the sand processing plant. All of these <br />azeas process or aze able to process offsite material, in addition these facilities would <br />remain on this site and continue to process materials after the mining operations at this <br />location have stopped. This request has been prepared in accordance with rule 4.17 of <br />the Minerals Rules and Regulations of The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for <br />the Extraction of Construction Materials. <br />Rule 4.17.1- Operator Requirements <br />1.
