The Division is returning the <br />Succession of Operators Application and the Performance Warranty for the following reasons: <br />SO Aunlication Pase 2 - Oaeration Name: The Division shows the site name to be spelled Conner Pit. <br />Does Lafarge West, Inc. want the Division to change the spelling of the pit name? <br />SO Aaalication Paee 5 -Notary for Permittee: Company name is shown as Lafarge West, Inc. and it <br />should be shown as Western Mobile Southern, Inc. <br />Performance Warranty -Paee 1: Again the Operation name is shown as Courhrer instead of Conner <br />this either needs to be corrected if it is a typo or a note to change the site name should be sent to the <br />Division. See all stared areas. <br />Performance WarrantyPerformance Warranty - Pale 33: The Operator name is missing both above Michael D. Sheahan's name <br />and in the Notarization of Operator's Aclmowledgement.
