M-94-035 <br />General Information: <br />Date: October 20, 1994 Commodity: Sand & Gravel <br />File No: M-78-323 Acreage: 8.57 acres <br />Operator: Corn Construction Specialist: Larry Oehler <br />Location: Sec. 15 & 16, T10S, R96W, Existing Bond: $14,000.00 <br /> 6th P.M. in Mesa County <br />Nature: <br />Corn Construction Co. is asking the Board to consider changing a Cease and Desist <br />Order to allow for sales of materials from existing stockpiles. <br />H1S[OCV: <br />On August 24, 1994 the Board found Corn Construction Co. to be in violation for <br />damaging areas outside the affected land boundary and ordered Corn Conswction to <br />Cease and Desist until corrective actions are met. The wrrective actions are listed in <br />the attached copy of the Board Order. <br />To date, Corn Construction has complied with all orders regazding this Board action. <br />Corn Construction has submitted a conversion application that the Division is <br />reviewing.
