The 30,000 bcy of
sloping material is based on the approved grading plan. The 12,105 ccy of topsoil is the amount
required to place a 6 inch layer over the disturbed area (as approved in the reclamation plan).
And the 29 acres is the maximum amount of acreage that can be disturbed at any one time.
Hopefully, this information will help you understand the various tasks and cost estimates. Lf you
need additional information, you should be able to find it in the approved permit.
If you have any other questions, please give me a call at 303-866-4060.
Sincerely,
/J
James Dllhe
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: Harry Posey (e-mail)
Office of Office of Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines Geological Survey
