Azcazraga: <br />On August 21, 2003 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted to the <br />Divisioa on August 11, 2DD3, addressing the following: <br />Revision ofMining and Redamah'on Plan to allow a larger pit area to be opened at one dme. <br />The temis of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-2000.032. All other conditions and raluirarrenLs of Permit No. M 2000-032 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amormt of $392,384.00 for the Monument View Gravel Pit, when added to the existing liabiliiy <br />amount of $294,279.00, exceeds the perfomlance bond held. Tf you have not alreitdy done so, please submit additional <br />bond in the amolmt of $392,384.00.
