All d isturbances a ssociated w ith t he construction a nd o Aeration of this <br />facilities should not be subject to the reclamation resposiblities under reclamation permit M-77- <br />347. <br />Attached is a copy of the lease agreement between JACOR BORADCASTING OF COLORADO, <br />INC. and ACKERMAN LAND & LIVESTOCK CO., the surface owner the Slab Canyon property <br />covered under permit M-1997-347. Please treat this agreement as Confidential. <br />Clear C hannel C ommunications, Inc. s uccessor to J acor C ommunications I nc. c onstructed t he <br />500 ft tall b roadcasting tower i n 2002 after the Larimer C ounty Commissioners a pproved it i n <br />August of 2001. The location of the tower is shown in red on the attached 11 by 17 photo copy of <br />a portion of Exhibit F "Reclamation Plan Sht. 2 from the 1977 amendment to Permit M-77-347. <br />2) We wish to remove the "Stock Water Basins "marked in red on the above mentioned 11 by 17 <br />photo copy of a portion of Exhibit F. The location of the broadcasting tower makes the location in <br />the phase one area undesirable for cattle to be attracted to the area. Also it would require <br />balsting into the rock to make a depression.
