-9- <br />21. <br />22 <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Presentation of an <br />conclusions; Becky <br />overview of HB 1115 audit findings and <br />Richardson and Ginger Miller. <br />The Director, Michael Long said that the Division is currently <br />undergoing an audit, as a result of HB 1115 (the fee Bill), <br />and that December 1993 is the statutory deadline for its <br />completion. He stated that during Executive Session, the <br />State Auditors discussed their preliminary audit findings with <br />the Board and received input from the Board, regarding the <br />recommendations to be provided by the Auditor's Office. <br />Mr. Long said the Board also requested that the Auditors <br />investigate other issues in more detail, and they agreed. File No. M-84-157 <br />GALACTIC RESOURCES, INCORPORATED <br />GALACTIC RESOURCES, LIMITED <br />Consideration of permit revocation and bond forfeiture. <br />Staff presented an October 18, 1993 letter from an attorney <br />representing the Trustee in this matter and said that SCMCI <br />would not contest the permit revocation and bond forfeiture <br />being recommended by the Division. <br />The Board revoked permit No. M-84-157 and forfeited the entire <br />bond, including forfeiture of the salvage credit bond, and <br />delegated authority to the Chairman to sign the written Board <br />Order. <br />
