FORMAL PUBLIC HEARING <br />COLORADO YAMPA COAL COMPANY File No. C-81-071 <br />Reconsideration of the Board's decision to overturn the <br />Division's denial of the operator's permit revision <br />application. <br />The Assistant Attorney General, Cheryl Linden, provided a <br />summary of the hearing held during the September 1993 Board <br />Meeting. She said she had received a request from the <br />operator that this matter be continued. <br />Ms. Linden said that the judicial proceeding in this matter <br />had been continued to January 19, 1994. She said that the <br />parties were in agreement, regarding a continuance of the <br />matter. <br />5.
