Mail, within one (I) day after receipt of this Notice, [o the Mined land Reclamation Board, written notice of your <br />compliance with paragraph one (I) of this Cease and Desist Order. <br />• 3. Complete the following corrective action: Within 60 days, mazk the boundaries of the permiUaffected area by <br />monuments or other marker; that are clearly visible, substantial and adequate to delineate such boundaries and, in order <br />to facilitate the Division's inspections, provide a sketch map of the permit affected area after the boundaries have been <br />marked with the locations of the mazkers indicated and photographs of the markers attached. <br />Pay [he Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board a civil penalty in the amount of $200.00 within 30 days of the <br />signature date of this document. This is based upon a total civil penalty of $6,300.00 being assessed at $100.00 per <br />day For 63 days of violation with $6,100.00 suspended if the corrective action outlined in this Order is completed within <br />60 days.
