TURNER: We can sure encourage this
process to be done and getting a good permit and we can
do a lot for reclamation. It is more leverage yet. I
don't have -- it is a railroad tie.
MK. TURNEF.: I would like to make that an
amendment.
MS. WINTEP.: I second it.
MR. BARRY: 5,000 with 3600 suspended?
MR. TURNER: Yes.
MR. BARRY: The terms of payment?
MR. TURNER: All of that other stuff I
thought was fine.
PAIR. Once a permit is issued, the
payment of the 1400 does not need to be made until the
Estate is settled. That is my understanding.
MR. TURNER: The deferment of the actual
fine?
h1R. BARRY: The payment of the fine is
not due until the Estate is settled, but the amount of
the fine will be final at the time a permit is issued --
at the time the permit is issued.
MR.
