FATTOR: We have resolved with P9r. Webster
and through his attorney that we are agreed that the
application will be a joint application by both parties
and that the parties will abide by the decision of the
District Court concerning the ultimate determination of
ownership. So it is not going to stand in our way and not
going to come here and use that as an excuse that we
can't proceed with the application simply because we
can't agree on who ocans it. The applications are in
and the dispute of the ownership and right of operation
won't --
MR. BARRY: We appreciate that very much
because I can understand how you can well use the legal
hangups.
MR. FATTOR: We would ask and I think
P7r.
