FATTOR: We have resolved with P9r. Webster <br />and through his attorney that we are agreed that the <br />application will be a joint application by both parties <br />and that the parties will abide by the decision of the <br />District Court concerning the ultimate determination of <br />ownership. So it is not going to stand in our way and not <br />going to come here and use that as an excuse that we <br />can't proceed with the application simply because we <br />can't agree on who ocans it. The applications are in <br />and the dispute of the ownership and right of operation <br />won't -- <br />MR. BARRY: We appreciate that very much <br />because I can understand how you can well use the legal <br />hangups. <br />MR. FATTOR: We would ask and I think <br />P7r.
